AffinityCare was founded in 2000 by Ken Larsen and is headquartered in scenic Wayzata, Minnesota. Our goal is to provide the highest-quality personal and employee assistance programs, Work-Life programs and Wellness services at an affordable price. We currently provide services to over a million people.



Executive Bios



Ken Larsen, MA, President

Ken Larsen, MA President

Ken brings more than 30 years' experience in the Employee Assistance and Work-Life services industries. Before forming AffinityCare, Ken held executive positions with Ceridian, Value Options and EAP International, where he built a strong network of exceptional alliance partners. Ken earned his bachelor's degree from Augsburg College in Minneapolis and his Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. He also completed training as a chemical dependency practitioner at the University of Minnesota.

Ken enjoys fishing, hunting, spending time outdoors at his cabin on Lake Superior with his wife, family and friends. He enjoys hiking the North Shore with his two cats Gracie and Sheba. He is an amateur photographer and likes eating Snickers bars.






Andrea Jarvis, MBA, Vice President of Marketing

Andrea Jarvis, MBA Vice President of Marketing

Andrea's 25-year business career includes marketing management positions at four fortune 1000 companies, including U.S. Bank, Ameriprise and Ceridian EAP. She has a strong background in strategic planning, project management and business analysis. She recently owned and operated her own wellness coaching business. Andrea earned her bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis and her MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the U of MN.

In her spare time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenaged sons at their Wisconsin cabin. She is an active volunteer in her church and local school. She enjoys watching family sports, reading, and fine dining. Her personal goal is to learn how many times she can lose and regain the same ten pounds.
